Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in loss of the deposit. Future appointments may require full payment upfront
